Q: What is Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum?

Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum is the ultimate haunted house attraction in the heart of NYC. The event features NYC’s SCARIEST haunted house and includes a Halloween-themed interactive restaurant and bar. We have pulled out all the stops to make this the absolutely most horrifying attraction to visit this Halloween season.

Q: Where is Parking?

A:

There is free and metered parking on side streets. There is also a parking garage at 160 W 10th St., and another garage at 222 West 10th St.

Q: How do I get there via public transportation?

A:

We are a 2 minute walk from the West 4 Washington Square Station and a 1 minute walk from the Christopher St Station.

Q: Is the attraction handicap accessible?

A:

Yes.

Q: When are lines the shortest?

A:

Lines are shortest on Monday through Thursday, Sundays, and right at the opening time of 7pm. Additionally, you can skip the general admission lines by purchasing Fast Pass Admission or Immediate Admission.

Q: Will the event be cancelled for bad weather?

A:

No. This event is 100% indoors.

Q: Is there an age minimum for the haunted houses?

A:

The attractions are not recommended for children under the age of 12. Children under 12 should arrive with an adult.

Q: Am I allowed to wear a costume?

A:

Yes. Costumes are permitted, except for oversized costumes and handheld items such as plastic (or real) weapons.

Q: If I enter the event near closing time, will I still be able to enter?

A:

Yes. The event will remain open until every customer in line has been able to go through the attraction.

Q: What is Fast Pass Admission?

A:

Fast Pass Admission includes access to everything at Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum and allows you to use the Fast Pass Admission line to get into the haunted houses about 3x as fast. Purchase Fast Pass tickets on the Ticketing Page.

Q: What is Immediate Admission?

A:

Immediate Admission includes access to everything at Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum and allows you to skip both the General Admission line and the Fast Pass line so that you skip right to the front. Quantities are limited and will sell out, so purchase these tickets early on the Ticketing Page.

Q: Where can I get tickets?

Purchase tickets on Ticketing Page or with cash only at the door. An ATM is on-site.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A:

There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for this event.

Q: What is Glow Stick Fright Nights?

A:

You and your friends get only one glow stick to survive Jekyll & Hyde Haunted Asylum. The lights have been shut off. This special event is only Nov 5, 6, & 7 from 7p-10:30p.

Q: Are there discounts for large groups?

A:
